TERMINTER
Technological and Environmental Innovation

Our History

Terminter, which has been active in the electrical engineering and industrial chemicals market for several decades, represents the most recent and advanced technical evolution of a family-run business that began in 1948.

With such a wealth of experience, the company has undoubtedly secured a prominent position in the market, distinguishing itself through the quality and technological innovation of its products.

In the design and construction of our plants, we have often relied on proven technologies, particularly those from abroad. Today, we use only technologies and systems of our own design, thereby becoming an exporter of technology and a provider of comprehensive plant solutions—both through the transfer of know-how and the supply of complete plants.

Mission

In particular, we have developed technologies for environmental protection and the fight against pollution—a field in which the design and technological capabilities we have acquired over the years are of fundamental importance. Today, we therefore possess an extremely rich body of know-how, the result of our own research as well as collaborations with leading European companies, which enable us to maintain our leadership position.

In recent years, the air treatment sector has also seen significant development, with technical and design solutions that have led to devices that are easy to install and simple to maintain, allowing end users complete autonomy in managing them.

Objectives

Terminter’s goal is to preserve the distinctive characteristics of its products, ensure high quality and safety, maintain compliance with applicable laws, and pursue ongoing research and new technical and plant engineering projects, drawing on external partnerships with European and global certification bodies that verify and approve the suitability of its products. These bodies are defined as “Notified Bodies,” meaning they are authorized by the state and “notified” to the authorities of European Union member states.

Industry 5.0
Innovation and Sustainability

The ability to produce at the highest quality levels with high productivity and low operating costs. The quality of material handling is guaranteed by the best linear motors available on the market, which, together with the fiber laser source, enable high dimensional accuracy in cutting both carbon steel and stainless steel. Simplicity and stability of the optical path combine to deliver highly optimized, repeatable, and reliable results.

The fluid dynamics of the specially designed cutting head enable high-pressure cutting while delivering significant cost savings in production. All of this makes the system used by Terminter one of the most efficient and reliable systems available on the market.

The included cutting head features a capacitive sensor that utilizes an autofocus cutting head—entirely designed and manufactured with ultra-high-precision mechanics—and is equipped with contact and temperature sensors.

Another system that operates in conjunction with the 4.0 laser system is the new EUROMAC, which features a larger frame that allows for greater stability and precision during operation.

It is capable of punching at high speeds while maintaining a constant punching depth. It also offers great flexibility in turret configuration, with 60 or 66 tools.

Sharper, faster, and deeper bends;
Hydraulic bending machines for press brakes allow you to increase production capacity and avoid wasted time during production.

The five-axis machining center features an integrated table layout, capable of controlling all turning operations by reading the set parameters and guiding the machine tool’s movement along specific axes. The results achievable through CNC turning thus become increasingly varied and precise. The basic rotation includes the B-axis with a rotation range of -30° to +110° and the C-axis with a 360° rotation, as well as the column, which moves longitudinally (Y-axis) along the frame, transversely (X-axis) via the RAM sliding in the cradle, and vertically (Z-axis) via the vertical slide.
