Accessibility Statement
Terminter S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004. This accessibility statement applies to www.terminter.com.
Compliance Status
Partially Compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set forth in Annex A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard (WCAG 2.1) due to certain technical improvements that still need to be implemented; however, these do not compromise the site’s overall accessibility. Measures are planned to achieve full compliance.
Inaccessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reason(s):
a) failure to comply with Legislative Decree No. 106 of August 10, 2018
The website’s HTML/CSS code contains some errors detected by automated validation tools (e.g., non-standard CSS properties or missing unit values). These errors are primarily due to the use of WordPress and plugins such as Elementor, which generate automated code that does not always fully comply with standards.
Some contact forms, particularly the privacy consent field and the field generated by Google reCAPTCHA, have accessibility labeling issues (such as duplicate or missing labels). These technical issues do not compromise the overall user experience or the site’s accessibility via assistive technologies.
The website includes a corporate video without captions or additional audio descriptions; since the video features only background music and no dialogue, it was not possible to add captions or audio descriptions.
These elements do not compromise the site’s overall accessibility. Corrective measures are planned to achieve full compliance.
b) Disproportionate burden
No exception based on disproportionate burden is invoked.
c) Content that falls outside the scope of applicable law
There is no content excluded from the scope of the legislation.

WAVE and Silktide are tools capable of identifying numerous errors related to accessibility and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
