Opera Evolution Top is a professional countertop water dispenser designed to meet the needs of the “ Ho.Re.Ca. ” sector (hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and cafeterias). Available in three models—with capacities of 60, 100, and 150 liters per hour—it is ideal for establishments with medium-to-high service volumes and ensures a continuous and reliable supply of still, cold, and sparkling water.
Equipped with a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, theOpera Evolution Top allows for intuitive control of temperature and refrigeration settings, making it quick and easy to manage its features. The professional carbonation pump ensures perfect carbonation, while the ability to adjust the pour volume to preset amounts of 50 cl, 75 cl, and 1 liter offers greater flexibility.
The internal AISI 316 stainless steel coil ensures strength and durability. The compact, modern design blends easily into any setting, optimizing space and enhancing the user experience.
